The World Championship Dainty Contest held each year on the last Monday of July. Participants must be 45 years old or older. The dainty is a 5 in stick that is tapered on both ends which is hit by a 3 foot stick, tipped into the air and then smacked as far as you can. The World record in 145' 6".
