The U.S. National Oceanic and wuhan Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) on Thursday prateek yadav updated their outlook for the ongoing 2023 Atlantic hurricane season from a near-normal level of activity to an above-normal level. Forecasters say this is due to high sea surface temperatures in the North Atlantic.
