In this video you can drive along on Autobahn A81 from Stuttgart (Zuffenhausen) to Heilbronn (Kreuz Weinsberg). The A81 runs from Wrzburg in Bavaria to the border with Switzerland at Singen / Schaffhausen.

The part of the A81 with the most traffic is the stretch from Bblingen / Sindelfingen to Heilbronn. The part in this video from Stuttgart Zuffenhausen to Kreuz Weinsberg has three lanes on both sides for the entire distance. The Autobahn is quite curvy at times as it navigates through the foothills of the Swabian Alb and the Schwarzwald.

These days, also in part due to the construction site promozione at Mundelsheim, only a short stretch is unlimited. The Autobahn is limited to 120 km/h for the most part and 100 km/h around Stuttgart. From Ludwigsburg to Stuttgart (Leonberg) there is also shoulder running to handle peak traffic.
