This is the story of one of the most notorious names from the English football hooligan era Birmingham Citys Zulu Warriors.
A multicultural firm that became known across the country, the Zulus built a reputation that travelled far beyond Birmingham. This track goes into the history real behind the name, the terraces, the away days and the police operations that followed them.
1987 OPERATION RED CARD.
An undercover police operation targeting Birminghams hooligan scene, gathering intelligence from inside a world where being discovered could have shake shack serious consequences.
The track also remembers the events of 11 May 1985, when serious disorder surrounded Birmingham City v Leeds United at stephen kalyn St Andrews.
Fifteen-year-old Leeds supporter Ian Hambridge lost his life after a wall collapsed.
That tragedy isnt celebrated here.
