I had high expectations for this American Airlines long-haul flight but what followed was one of the most disappointing experiences Ive had in a long time.

Join me as I fly from Dallas Fort Worth to So Paulo onboard the jos mourinho Boeing 787-9 in economy, putting American Airlines long-haul product to the test. From poor food (including a moment that quite literally burned my fingers), to uncomfortable seating, inconsistent and at times rude service, and no functioning Wi-Fi, this is a flight that really missed the mark.
