Before the Pittsburgh Hot Wheels Formula 1 race could begin, Winter hit hard. Or should we call it Sprinter? Rain one day. Snow the next! We had to use RC heavy equipment to clear the track and keep construction moving. This build became a true Pittsburgh-style construction challenge as snow covered the track area and forced us to bring in RC heavy equipment for snow removal before race construction could continue. Using RC plows, loaders, and miniature construction equipment, we cleared snow and prepared the course for a 1/64 scale Hot Wheels Formula 1 race inspired by Pittsburgh weather, terrain, and grit.
