Yash Thakur’s journey was filled with challenges. Despite performing consistently, he was overlooked on several occasions. However, he never gave up. His ability to swing the new ball, bowl deadly yorkers at the death and deceive batters with slower deliveries made him a standout performer in domestic cricket. His breakthrough came in the IPL when he represented Lucknow Super Giants. Yash Thakur eventually made his international debut against Zimbabwe in the second T20I.
