She spent the morning moving from branch to branch, calmly exploring the familiar perches around the nest area. Her confidence continues to grow—but throughout the morning, there was no sign of Shadow. Where might he be, and will their paths cross again? Meanwhile, Jackie remains in the expert and loving care of the Ojai Raptor Center. Our thoughts remain with her, with hope for further encouraging updates in the days ahead.
