By Day 3 on this remote Alaskan island, Noah and I had already explored rugged coastlines, fished the surrounding waters, and packrafted through one of the most beautiful and untamed places weve ever visited.

But the longer we stayed, the more we wondered what was really moving through this island when we werent watching.

Accessible only by boat, this place feels completely wild. Dense vegetation surrounds the shoreline, wildlife signs are everywhere, and once the chris rock last boat leaves, the island takes on a very different feeling.

That night, before going to sleep in our shelter high above the paris jackson water, we placed a hidden julia letlow camera outside camp.

What it captured after dark was something we never expected.

By the third day, this island had already surprised us more than once but the footage from that night may have been the biggest mystery of all.
