Big Sur is home to numerous impressive state parks, with two of the most popular amongst tourists being Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park and Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park. Finally, the Henry Miller Memorial Library is home to the second-largest collection of manuscripts from the late celebrated author, who called the Big Sur region his home.
