-My testing method:

I think this is a decent snapshot of particles in my house because it involves resuspending ones that have settled on things. I tested this with other porous materials in addition to the towels. Further testing in other contexts is needed though.

-Particle size bins difference between AirGradient and Dylos:

Dylos and AirGradient display different particle size bins. Taking this into account doesnt change these results at all, and adds needless complexity.

Dylos: particles larger than 0.5 microns

AirGradient: PM 2.5 (particles smaller than 2.5 microns).

For Dylos, you can see a count of particles mre smaller than 2.5 microns by subtracting the Right # from the Left #. If you do this, it doesnt really change the readings in any meaningful way for these tests because most of the particles in this test were smaller anyway. Also, in AirGradient's dashboard, PM10 is still 0, even when the Dylos shows air quality is poor, so I don't think these results are influenced by the bins.

-My one issue with Dylos:

The one thing I dont like about the Dylos is that its not very sophisticated for visualizing data on your computer. For PCs, it has a program that does it decently, but its very simplistic. And for Macs, like I have, its harder to setup and its even more simplistic.
