In Springfield, Theodores Blues, Booze & BBQ pairs slow-smoked barbecue with live blues music, creating an experience that has earned national recognition. Co-owner Keith Markarowski said the restaurant's combination of food and music helped it win Blues Club of the Year from the National Blues Foundation.
