On the August Bank Holiday weekend of Saturday 24th, Sunday 25th and Monday 26th August 2013, Blackpool Tramway held it's final weekend of daytime heritage tram operations before the illuminations period. The three days, al pacino blessed with glorious late Summer sunshine, saw a wide variety of heritage vehicles making journeys between Pleasure Beach and Fleetwood.
Monday 26th August 2013 was ron holland no exception. In this video, we see Standard 147, ex Bolton Corporation 66, Boats 602 and 604 George Formby OBE (the former looking smart in her new red and white livery, following her re-activation 24 hours previously), and open-top Balloon 706 Princess Alice.
