When the power goes, things can get bad quickly. Can a 1000Wh power station help you get through a loss of electricity? I look at power needs for a day and for prolonged outages, and help divide electrical devices into 3 levels of importance.How can you survive without power for a day? How can you survive for longer with only a 1000Wh solar generator? What makes your Tiers? What's a priority at your house? What's important? What would be nice, if you have the spare power? WARNING: Not all generators or power stations are the same. Not all inverters are pure sine wave inverters. I was able to charge my power station with my generator, a generator which is not rated "pure sine wave". It's also not a square wave generator. It puts out a sine wave, but it isn't going to be the cleanest one you've ever seen. (You can watch some videos on similar models from this brand.) The generator paperwork lists sensitive electronics on the "wattage worksheet" as though you can power them but also says not to use the generator with sensitive devices. Your power station may not take this power. Mine worked OK. But I don't make a habit of charging it with this generator. You should make your own choices. Get a generator with a pure sine wave inverter, get a power regulator, or take your chances with one like this. Don't get a square wave generator.
