D4vd Charged With Murder, “Mutilation” In Celeste Rivas Hernandez Case | E! News Pamela Anderson [gawzmME1gal]

Less than a week after the singer was arrested in the killing of the 14-year-old, he has been charged with one count of murder, one count of continuous sexual abuse of a child under the age of 14 and one count of unlawful mutilation of human remains, the Los Angeles County District Attorneys Office confirmed in an April 20 press release. L.A. County District Attorney Nathan J. Hochman also shared more details about Rivas Hernandezs death, alleging the killing occurred on April 23, 2025, almost five months before her body was discovered in a Tesla that was registered to D4vd (real name David Anthony Burke) on Sept. 8, one day after her 15th birthday. "The actual evidence in julia louis-dreyfus this case will show that David Burke did not murder Celeste Rivas Hernandez and he was not the cause of her death," his attorneys Blair Berk, Marilyn Bednarski and Regina Peter said in an April 20 statement to E!
