Brandy, now a wellness advocate, yoga teacher, and creator, admits she reached a terrifying breaking point. She recalled a 'harrowing last night' before checking herself into rehab, feeling trapped and hopeless.

While life isn't perfect, Brandy learned that if she stays sober, things eventually align.

Brandy once kept her addiction private, but now she shares her journey openly, hoping to inspire others. She credits her strong faith in God, saying, 'I couldn't do it without God's help.' Sharing her story has become deeply meaningful, proving that her past struggles weren't wasted. She wants to 'shine a light on how good your life can get when you can be free of addiction.'
