Your Child Doesnt Have a Behavior Problem [I0ElAHGYJLY]
Behavior is what parents see. Life skills are what produce behavior. Most parents spend years correcting the visible behavior—lying, talking back, refusing to listen, tantrums, selfishness—without asking what life skill is actually missing. A child who lies may need honesty. A child who throws tantrums may need self-control. A child who refuses to share may need courtesy. Behavior isn't always the problem. Very often it's pointing directly at the lesson that still needs to be taught. When parents stop chasing behavior and start teaching life skills, discipline becomes much more intentional and much more effective. #parenting #discipline #childbehavior #selfcontrol #raisingkids
