Hot Weather Camping Sleep System [XPVaEKXGNzf]

IT WAS HOT 🥵 Havasupai was close to 100°F during the day & it cooled down to about 70°F at ~4 in the morning. We went to bed with wet bandanas and slept with the rainfly off but ooooof 😮‍💨 we did not sleep well 🫠 Here’s the summer sleep system I brought backpacking: ☀️ Foam pad This wasn’t necessary but I brought it to use as a yoga mat around camp! 🔥 Nemo Tensor Ultralight Sleeping Pad This was a recent upgrade (/splurge with a coupon) and holyyyyy! This is the most comfortable sleeping pad I’ve tried!!! 🫠 Nemo Fillow Backpacking Pillow I can’t sleep without a pillow and have been liking this one! The trick is to not inflate it all the way so it’s squishier 👌🏼 ☄️ Sea To Summit Sleeping Bag Liner This adds 20 degrees of warmth to your sleeping bag or can be used on its own! It was perfect for this hot trip. ✨ Rumpl Nano I brought this tiny Rumpl blanket and only *really* needed it the one night I slept in my hammock! ⛺️ REI Co-op Half Dome 2+ with the rainfly off How hot is too hot for your sleeping comfort??? 📍 Havasupai Tribal land - a permit is required to visit! #campinggear #summercamping #backpackinggear
