When I arrived, I found another passenger already seated there. I calmly informed the passenger that the seat was assigned to me and showed my boarding pass. The situation was then referred to the cabin crew for assistance. The cabin crew members politely spoke with the passenger and requested the relevant boarding pass details. During the discussion, the passenger stated that she believed she had been permitted to sit in that seat. As the conversation continued, several nearby passengers became aware of the situation. The cabin crew handled the matter professionally and worked to resolve the seating issue. Eventually, the crew requested the passenger to move and arranged an alternative seat so that everyone could continue their journey.
