CNBC Today On NVIDIA Stock, Micron, SpaceX IPO - NVDA Update Hosts of CNBC discuss NVIDIA, NVIDIA stock (NVDA stock), Micron (MU stock), and the upcoming SpaceX IPO. Today Anthropic announced they raised $65 billion at a $965 billion post-money valuation. Anthropic also revealed that their ARR surpassed $47 billion earlier this month. NVIDIA's Senior VP of Networking spoke at a conference today. Groq is reportedly raising $650 million, and transitioning away from AI hardware to an AI inference neocloud business. As a reminder: Groq's former CEO Jonathan Ross and other key executives now work at NVIDIA, and NVIDIA is licensing Groq's low latency technology. Today's news of Groq raising $650 million pertains to Groq 2.0 - the company that still exists even after NVIDIA's $20 billion deal with Groq back in December. Meta's Zuckerburg said Wednesday that the company is willing to start a cloud business in the future if necessary. And Dell reported fantastic earnings Thursday after market close. Dell works closely with NVIDIA. Dell's AI-optimized servers revenue was up 757% YoY. The AI buildout appears to be alive and well. Looking ahead, we have a GTC keynote from NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang in Taipei on June 1, 2026 starting at 11 AM Taipei Time (that's May 31, 2026 starting at 11 PM EDT, 8 PM PDT). We are witnessing a major inflection in inference demand, and subsequently, an inflection in demand for NVIDIA's products. Most market participants have no idea what is happening right now. The current inflection in inference demand is being fueled by agentic AI and the adoption of agentic systems at scale. Jensen Huang recently appeared on the Lex Fridman podcast, and very seriously raised the possibility of NVIDIA becoming a $3 trillion revenue company in the near future. Again, most market participants have no idea what is happening right now; we are witnessing a major inflection in inference demand fueled by agentic AI and that has major implications for the growth of NVIDIA's business. I continue to be bullish on NVIDIA long-term. NVIDIA has multiple large long-term growth opportunities in front of it. Sovereign AI, enterprise AI, AI-native startups, physical AI, and quantum computing are all large long-term growth opportunities for NVIDIA. Blackwell Ultra has ramped quickly and remains in high demand. Vera Rubin is on track to launch in 2026. We're expecting NVIDIA Groq 3 LPX in the second half of 2026. Then, we're expecting Rubin Ultra in 2027. And later on, we're expecting NVIDIA's Feynman in 2028. We have a clear datacenter product roadmap extending into 2028, and Jensen Huang believes there will be $3T-$4T of global AI factory buildout annually by the end of the decade.
