Karmelo Anthony Launches Legal War Over Stabbing Verdict [L1wT8pXc3N5]

After being sentenced to 35 years in prison for the fatal stabbing of Austin Metcalf, Karmelo Anthony has filed an appeal and is requesting a court-appointed attorney, claiming he cannot afford legal representation despite a fundraiser that previously raised more than $600,000. In their first interview since the verdict, Anthony's parents said they are devastated, insist their son acted lawfully and in self-defense, and accused the jury and witnesses of treating him unfairly. Plus, the judge in the case is speaking out, as well as Metcalf’s father. Anthony has already been transferred from the county jail to a Texas state prison. Court TV’s Vinnie Politan Investigates.
