[Blue Jays Prospect] Gabriel Moreno puts on a laser show hitting 4/5 with power to all fields! [f1Hd8hxlXhh]
Today might be the best performance Moreno has put up in his AAA this season. Moreno smoked balls to all fields, hitting 4/5 with 2 extra base-hits. Not to depreciates Moreno's performance today though but i'm pretty sure one reason why Moreno did so well today is because the opposing team threw a lot of FBs to him...not sure why that's the case considering Moreno is pretty good at smoking FB. Moreno's swings seems to look more like his AA's with the "oompf" and compact swing, especially when he pulled that double to LF. That would be something i would like to see more from him is his ability to pull those pitches for doubles and HRs. He also showed off his hot wheels by stealing his 2nd base of the season. It was an all-round performance for him offensively speaking. Can't speak too much about his defense today; had a PB but otherwise he moved around well as usual block and receiving pitches. No CS for him and for good reasons since he's been throwing out base-stealers over 40% since the start of the season.
