पुरानी कार खरीदने या बेचने वाले लोगों के लिए एक जरूरी खबर सामने आई है. सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की ओर से एक ड्राफ्ट नोटिफिकेशन जारी किया गया है. इस ड्राफ्ट नोटिफिकेशन के तहत मोटर व्हीकल एक्ट, 1989 में बदलाव करने का प्रस्ताव है. प्रस्ताव ये कि अगर किसी डीलर के पास पुरानी कार खरीदने/बेचने के लिए है और अगले 6 महीने तक उस व्हीकल के लिए कोई नया खरीदार/सेलर नहीं मिला है तो वो व्हीकल डीलर के नाम हो जाएगी.
