Tony Romo refuses breath test before OWI arrest [1BRjD2c5PME]
The bodycam video from the arrest of former Dallas Cowboys quarterback and current CBS Sports announcer Tony Romo has been released after he was taken into custody in Milwaukee on suspicion of operating while intoxicated (OWI) following a traffic stop. In the footage released by the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Office, Romo told the officer he was coming from a golf course and had consumed "zero" drinks when asked how much alcohol he had consumed. When the officer asked Romo to step out of the vehicle to perform field sobriety tests, Romo said he wanted to call his lawyer first. The officer told him he was not allowed to do so and informed him he was being detained as part of an OWI investigation before taking him to a nearby location to conduct the tests. The officer then administered a series of field sobriety tests, including checking Romo's eyes, asking him to walk heel-to-toe in a straight line and balance on one foot.
