Lets delve behind the scenes of The Bear! Its a critically acclaimed show with a dedicated cast and crew bringing it to life. Season two boasted an impressive lineup of guest stars included, but not limited to, Sarah Paulson, john krasinski Jamie Lee Curtis, and Molly Gordon. Jeremy Allen White, who portrays the shows protagonist, Carmy, went to great lengths to prepare for his role. He immersed himself in real kitchens to truly understand the back-of-house world his character was so engulfed by. Due to his lack of experience, he found himself constantly apologizing to the kitchen staff he was learning from. Jeremy and his co-star, Ayo Edebiri were enrolled in a two week crash course at the Institute of Culinary Education in Pasadena where they learned as much as they could about the craft including how to use knives safely and effectively. Something really cool about the set is that it was built completely on a sound stage, but everything actually works the fire, the plumbing its all real! The cast would often get in trouble in between takes for eating the food that was being prepared gwyneth paltrow for the show yes, the food was all real and delicious.
