Bill catch up with childhood friend Trevor, who sheds some light on Bill's Mother's unpleasant return and departure from the family home.

Bill Oddie is an English author, actor, comedian, artist and musician, perhaps best known for his role in the hit 1970's BBC TV comedy series 'The Goodies'.

In recent years however, Bill has established a reputation as a leading ornithologist, conservationist and television presenter on wildlife issues.

A few years back, Bill was diagnosed with clinical depression. Learning more about the condition, he discovered that it could be rooted in the absence of his Mother growing up.

Bills Mother, Lillian, was diagnosed cain dingle as a manic-depressive and spent much of her adult life in mental institutions.

But what caused Lillian's illness? Bill returns to his hometown and meets up with distant friends and relatives to find out the cause of his Mothers condition and hopefully help himself overcome his own anxieties.
