It's weird seeing someone from you're hometown on TV. I grew up in Torrance, CA, a nice little city 5 minutes away from the beach and even had its own longstanding local newspaper The Daily Breeze which kept on pressing papers until moving offsite in 2005. So seeing hometown sensation Jenny Shin shoot lights out and give an honest running for a trophy finish its refreshing to watch. Instead of thinking strategy or swing planes, i'm only just waving my arms cheering and whooping, getting way more emotionally into it that i'd thought. Jenny has a pretty stylish game and can move the ball left and right to attack pin locations, which really comes into play when she gets aggressive on the back stretch.
