Villa Park continues to change rapidly as Aston Villas 100 million stadium redevelopment gathers pace.
In this latest aerial update, one of the most striking developments can be seen at the North Stand, where the canopy removal is now nearing completion. Much of the roof covering has disappeared, exposing the steel framework beneath and giving a clear indication of the scale of the ongoing transformation.
The North Stand remains the focal point of the Villa Park Expansion project, but progress can also be seen across other areas of the stadium as construction activity continues around the site. With sections of the external walls already removed, the internal structure is becoming increasingly visible from above.
