The dumbest indictment in DOJ history? [NeXLhRH4IbV]
The seashells indictment of James Comey has been called “the dumbest case in the history of the Justice Department.” It clearly has no legal merit—and I’ll explain why. But calling it dumb doesn’t quite capture the malicious and abusive nature of this prosecution.
