At Crema Coffee & Bakery in Portland’s Buckman neighborhood, business is brewing. Collin Jones is not your average Joe. He owns the 21-year-old coffee house since taking over in 2011. "We just kind of grown steadily since then. Just always making sure we have good product and, you know, doing well for our employees,” Jones said. He added that doing business has gotten more expensive but not to the point where he has had to raise prices. “We've seen a few prices rising and coffee and some equipment,” Jones told KATU.
