I signed an Irish contract at the end of my training in Barcelona. The 1st month I earned 900, the 2nd 870, and then the 3rd month now it was 1000. During the flights, when there are delays or cancellations, unfortunately as stewards we are not paid. We get paid only when we are flying, from the moment the plane takes-off to when it lands.

So today, I am going to Roma and I come back, it lasts more or less 1h50 flight time. I will get paid only for 4 hours but hftv in reality I worked 8 or 9 hours.

When I receive my payslip, the only thing I see is my gross salary and taxes that are deducted, Irish taxes, which from my point of view cannot be applied because I live in Belgium, I work in Belgium.

We don't have life insurance, I hope I never crash, but if ever this happens, we don't have life insurance, we don't have social insurance to be covered in case of sickness, we don't have economic graduation unemployment, we don't have any rights!

Today, there are lots of points that I claim but this doesn't mean that I am going to stop this job because this job is made for me. I love my job and I will do my job until the end even if I have to talk about points that are dark and trump phone break the ice about some subjects that until today nobody dare to talk about."
