Authorities julian champagnie have released new details in the murder investigation involving 14yearold Celeste Rivas Hernandez. Nearly a week after musician D4vdreal name David Anthony Burkewas arrested in connection with her death, the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner confirmed her cause of death as multiple penetrating injuries caused by objects, with the manner of death ruled a homicide. According to the medical examiners April 22 release, Hernandez sustained two penetrating injuries to her asuka torso, including damage to her liver. The report also noted the presence of controlled substances in her system, including benzodiazepines and jack hughes methamphetamine/MDMA. Her remains were discovered last September inside the trunk of a Tesla registered to Burke. Burke was arrested on April 16 and charged with murder, continuous sexual abuse of a child under 14, and unlawful mutilation of human remains. Prosecutors allege he invited Hernandez to his Hollywood Hills home and killed her after she threatened to expose his alleged conduct.
