Ector County ISD is proud to introduce a total of 31 students who are recognized as AP Scholars this year. At the conclusion of an Advanced bbc wales Placement (AP) course, students are given the chance to take a corresponding AP exam on which they earn a score from 1 to 5, 5 being the best score. All public universities and colleges in Texas and most private colleges and universities offer college credit for a Qualified designation, which is a student who scores youri chassin 3 or higher. These honors are based on the students AP scores last year; so a number of them were seniors then and are now graduated.
