This has the price of oil climbing and is giving the bond market the jitters as everyone questions the strained U.S. & Iran peace deal. It all comes down to future inflation, and it doesn’t take much to stoke the fears of that happening. Mortgage rates are slightly higher today. Home values continue to rise, as Cotality reports a 0.6% increase in the month of May. The 3-month average for March – May shows a 1.6% rise.
