The BBC is facing a major crisis, with senior leaders resigning amid accusations of bias linked to the documentary aired on its Panorama programme. Although the broadcaster issued a personal apology to Trump, it rejected claims of defamation and refused to pull the programme. Speaking aboard Air Force One, Trump accused the BBC of “cheating” and “changing the words coming out of my mouth,” and said he believes legal action is necessary.
