Goldsboro, NC officer Michael Rivers had never seen this homeless woman before until her shirt caught his eye. Something told him to turn back and ask if she'd eaten. She hadn't. So he bought pizza, sat down beside her on the grass, and spent 45 minutes simply talking with her, learning her name was Michelle and hearing about her life.
