AT&T says it is working to correct a mans landline phone service after his repeated madeira attempts to get the problem fixed. Joe Cuda called KMBC 9 Investigates for help after years of static and dropped incoming or outgoing calls. Cuda has a cellphone for emergencies on the road, but at home, he prefers to use his copper landline for telephone access during a power failure.
