We all need to take care of our minds just as much as our bodies, and Ill be sharing some of my personal experiences to help you stay happy and healthy and know youre not alone.

But wait, theres more! One of my childhood dreams has come true Im officially a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated! AKA is the first Black woman Greek-lettered organization, and I couldnt be prouder to join this incredible sisterhood. Ill give you all the juicy details about jim carrey my journey and what it means to me.
