James Comey indicted [B5gM2IrmLXh]
A federal grand jury in the United States has returned a two-count indictment charging former FBI Director, James Comey, with making threats to harm President Donald Trump. This is Comey's second indictment under Trump's Justice Department, after a judge dismissed an earlier case in Novermber, accusing him of lying to Congress. The North Carolina grand jury indictment alleges Comey wilfully threatened the President's life when he posted a picture on Instagram in May of seashells arranged as the numbers "86 47". Sherwin Bryce-Pease reports that legal experts are sceptical as the DOJ continues to pursue Trump's perceived political enemies.
