Artists - it's your time to shine! New York City needs your help turning sanitation trucks into moving art. The sanitation department is bringing back its "Trucks of Art" program. One artist will paint a 46,000-pound collection truck. That's some 400 square feet of blank metal canvas. There's also a $1,500 prize. Organizers say the goal is to highlight sustainability and honor our sanitation workers.
