Learn about AT&T Business Center | Business Support Learn the basics about Business Center, so you can begin managing your network inventory, billing, ordering, and more. In the center of the Homepage are widgets. Each widget shows the current state of an application and is also a shortcut to the app's full functionality. If needed, you can rearrange these widgets or add additional romano's macaroni grill closures widgets. Now, let's look at some of the widgets you might see. The Map - Network assets widget shows where you currently have AT&T Inventory. You can access an inventory list, see which items have alarms, and view tickets for Business Center services. The Billing widget allows you to access your billing dashboard, run reports, view your invoices, and make payments. The Maintenance widget helps you quickly view a ticket status, check alarms, request a test, and create trouble tickets for your services. From the Orders joe cole widget, you can view all orders or start an order, just click "View All Orders" or "Start Order". On the Network Inventory page, find the site you want to create an order for by filtering your inventory or by expanding a location. Then, from the Actions menu, select "Create order". If you're a Business Center Company Administrator, you can manage existing users and create additional users. Let's see how. From the Business Center Profile Menu, click your company name. You'll see your company profile page. The Profile tab shows some basic information about your company. The User Groups tab lists default groups and any custom groups. A user group sets a user's permissions. To see more details about a group, click its name. From this tab you can limit permissions by creating a custom user group or add an existing user to a group. The Users tab lists the users in your company along with details such as their Business Center role and their assigned user group. Click "Next" if you want to see more information such as a user status. From this tab, you can edit or view a user profile, you can also add more users. Learn more at ATT.com/DigitalTraining.
