Patrick Clancy testifies on day 1 of ex-wife Lindsay Clancy‘s murder trial. He goes through the timeline of the day of the killing and  describes how Lindsay was acting and her behavior in the months leading up to that day. He’s also able to provide some foundational information regarding her medication’s and behaviors while on them. We will look at some photographs of the children and some video from their day at the waterpark as well as some additional evidence that was able to be extracted from Patrick on day 1 of his testimony on direct. Court broke early and was said to resume on Wednesday, July 29th for the rest of his direct testimony and his cross-examination, which we will cover in an additional video at that time.
