Week 4 Training for H-9 + Crewing & Pacing at Badwater 135 [FdoFEUW6U4w]

This week’s training looked a little different... I traded in my Florida vert sessions and endless treadmill miles for the blistering heat of Death Valley to crew and pace my friend and absolute powerhouse Kaylee Fredrick at Badwater 135 — one of the toughest ultramarathons in the world. Not only did she crush the 135 miles, she shattered the 20–29 age group course record and her own personal record. In this video, I take you behind the scenes of what it’s like to be part of a Badwater crew, what pacing looked like in the final miles, and how this whole experience fuels the fire for my own goals — like the upcoming H-9 50 miler (with 12,000 ft of vert!). Expect a mix of silly moments, behind-the-scenes footage, inspiration, and a big dose of heat-tested grit. Don’t forget to like, subscribe, and follow along as I get closer to race day at H-9!
