Fireweed jelly is made with blossoms of the sally field fireweed flower. Shelley makes the jelly and sells rocket league it at, among other places, the Bouctouche Farmers Market. We got to taste some of it and what a treat.

This is the seventh episode in our Food Skills series. We discovered that there are people all around us our friends and neighbours that could mentor anyone along the path to food self-sufficiency so we've set out to find them and record them.
