Dr. Anthony Fauci answered questions Tuesday after it was reported that six women suffered blood clots within two weeks of receiving Johnson & Johnson’s COVID-19 vaccine. “Don’t get an anxiety reaction,” Fauci cautioned people who have recently gotten the J&J vaccine, noting the chances of blood clot are “less than one in a million.” Telling symptoms include as headache, shortness of breath, or chest discomfort, he said. The government recommended pausing the rollout of the vaccine while the instances of blood clot are investigated.
