In the middle of the night, one chick is seen doing a big flying ps, then rushes back under Jackie. In the morning, Shadow is out fishing and he brings in a BIG fish! Do not be alarmed at the blood on Shadow's foot, it is simply from his talons piecing the fish when he grabbed it from the lake. Shadow seems to be standing with his weight on both feet much better this morning but he still does limp a little. ♥ Jackie shakes out the snow/ice on her wings but she has a hard time with getting it off! The chicks are nice and dry when she gets up! ♥ Shadow departs from the front porch and Jackie takes the fish (you can see the fish is a bit bloody) and she begins a feeding. Both chicks gets bites. Jackie then will return to cover them and brood. Jackie also seems to be doing okay after swallowing that fishing line. Thank you for watching!
