This week looks a little bit different—we are skipping the usual weekly meal plan because we are gearing up for a trip and doing a massive Costco haul! Since I don't get to Costco very often, today is a mix of stocking up on my favorite everyday staples, plus grabbing quick, easy travel foods for our trip like chicken sausages and sandwich fixings. I have included the Weight Watchers points on-screen for the items shown! My husband and I are currently in maintenance mode and have been doing Weight Watchers on and off since 2010.
