Former Michigan State quarterback Kirk Cousins is preparing for a busy week in West Michigan. The Holland native spent Tuesday at Kent Country Club in Grand Rapids. Cousins, who owns Clearbrook Golf Club in Saugatuck, shared golf tips and life lessons alongside area teaching pros at the Bank of America 'Golf with Us' golf clinic, benefitting about 60 kids from the Boys & Girls Clubs of Grand Rapids. The 4-time Pro Bowl QB will also host a two-day football camp for kids entering 4th-6th grade on Wednesday and Thursday at Holland Christian High School. Campers will run through team activities, drills and scrimmages, to further develop their skills and character. Cousins, who signed with the Las Vegas Raiders in the offseason, is entering his 15th season in the NFL. Prior to signing with the Raiders, Cousins had a two-year stint with the Atlanta Falcons after six seasons with the Vikings where he recorded over 4,000 passing yards in four different seasons and owns three of the top five passing seasons in Vikings franchise history.
