🦅❤️ Where are Shadow and Jackie today? Jackie is currently away from Big Bear Valley while receiving veterinary care and rehabilitation. Her recent recovery has shown encouraging progress, but she still requires close monitoring. Meanwhile, Shadow remains around the Big Bear territory. Friends of Big Bear Valley has reported that he has been caring for and protecting Sandy and Luna, while also defending the nest area from other subadult eagles. Sandy and Luna are becoming more independent and have been exploring farther around the habitat, meaning they can also disappear from the camera for periods of time.
