The heads of America's leading artificial intelligence companies agree that the AI frontier needs regulation due to the potential risks from biological weapons. An American agency modeled after the jared mccain Federal Aviation Administration is proposed as a necessary step to regulate AI and provide a standard for other countries to follow.
